Welcome to PixDojo. By accessing or using PixDojo (the "Service") at pixdojo.com or through any PixDojo app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You can play PixDojo without signing in. If you choose to sign in — for example, to sync progress across devices or publish community puzzles — you may be asked to verify your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. We may rate-limit or block accounts that abuse the verification flow.
The Service lets you create and optionally publish puzzles ("UGC"). By publishing UGC, you grant PixDojo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, and adapt your UGC solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all other rights to your UGC. You represent that your UGC does not infringe anyone else's rights and complies with Section 4.
You agree not to create, publish, or share puzzles or puzzle names that contain or depict:
We use a combination of automated filters, image-content moderation (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch), user reports, and rate limits to enforce these rules. Puzzles that exceed a reporting threshold are auto-hidden pending review. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Only phone-verified creators' puzzles appear in the public community feed. Unverified creators can still share their puzzles via direct links; those puzzles remain hosted but are not publicly browsable.

The Service, including its code, art, music, sound effects, region backgrounds, and bundled puzzle content, is owned by PixDojo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for UGC you create, nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the Service's intellectual property outside of normal play.

Your use of these services through the Service is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for data-handling details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that every puzzle will be solvable without hints.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixDojo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Direct damages are capped at the amount you have paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for the free Service, is $0).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove your content, at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, sections 3, 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
